Harvest Kick Off Festival
Indulge yourself in homemade ice cream,  a picnic in the barnyard and an autumn day on the farm. While you're at it, try your hand at the Farm Challenge scavenger hunt, visit the farm animals and shop the cream of the crop offered by your local vendors.

Games and Activities for Kids
Enjoy harvest with gunny sack races, three-legged race, tug o' war and find the animal in the straw stack. After each event, learn how to make your very own cornhusk doll.
Event times:
10 - 11 a.m. Saturday
2 - 3 p.m. Saturday
2 - 3 p.m. Sunday

Vendor and Artisan Items
Metal art, wood art, knitted items, jewelry, cheese, honey, cookies from the Cookie Shack, homemade bread from the Monks at St. Benedict's Abbey, and more.

Festival details:
  • Kettle corn, homemade ice cream and drinks available all day.
  • Pulled pork sandwiches, and apples served at lunch by the 4-H Dairy Club.
  • Picnic area, tables and chairs in the barnyard.
  • Bathroom.
  • Barns and tent shelter.
  • Free parking.
  • Free admission.

Saturday, October 4th,   8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, October 5th,     10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
