Feeding the World PIE
Our flock of Corriedale sheep began as a 4-H project and rapidly grew into a show flock for the county and Illinois State Fair. Corriedales are a dual purpose sheep––produced for meat and for wool.
We also raise California Variegated Mutant (CVM) sheep for their wool. They produce fleeces in a variety of colors, such as chocolate and oatmeal.
The sheep are shorn once a year and produce beautiful, lanolin-filled fleeces!
We sell some of these fleeces raw, and have the rest of the fleeces made into roving.
Visit our Wool page for pictures of some of our fleeces and roving.
